What a world...even after losing 1-0 to Blackburn...the Manager and Supporters of
CRECHE Arsenal F.C still believes in what ever their manager tells them...oh my gosh!..lol..dreamers..
Arsenal will next week host Bayern Munich, at the Emirates,in the first leg and Wenger believes that if Arsenal could come through the tie on both legs,then they can emulate Chelsea and go on to win the trophy.
Bayern Munich are in good form,currently topping the Bundesliga by as much as 15 points and are yet to to lose a game since October 28,2012.
“We have a big game on Tuesday against Bayern. If we get past them, then why should we not go further and win it?’ Wenger noted.
“It
looks at the start that (winning) the FA Cup is more reachable than any
other competition, but you don’t really know how difficult it will be.”
“If
you compare it to the Premier League certainly, we have more chances to
do it because we are too far away in the Premier League,” Wenger said.
Arsenal are yet to win the Champions League title,coming close in 2006 when they lost 2-1 in the finals to Barcelona.
Is Mr Wenger trying to psyche up his team or are they genuinely in with a chance,considering what Chelsea did last season?
