Sit
in Style:-
Seating in the bedroom can make a
room feel cozy and inviting. Just don't let it become a stash spot. Place the
chair away from closets and dressers so you're not inclined to disrobe and toss
on to the seat.
Classic Colors
Blue and white is a classic color
combination in the bedroom. Note the different shades of blue incorporated into
the throw pillows, bedding, accents and walls. A splash of sage green in the
art above the bed breaks it up and adds another layer of color.
Gallery Wall
Avoid big blank walls; it will make
a room feel under-scale and empty. Fill a large wall with an extra-large piece
of artwork. In this case, a black and white photograph makes the room feel
glamorous and modern.
Let In Light
If your bedroom doesn't get a lot of
natural light, don't cover up the windows with heavy treatments. Consider sheer
curtains to help keep the room bright.
A Bedroom for Two
Can a man sleep in a pink bedroom?
Probably, but he shouldn't have to. Designers say a master bedroom should
reflect both of you, even if this metallic floral wallpaper and pink headboard
has your name written all over it.
An Affair to Remember
Add a mosquito net or canopy to your bed to lend
drama and intrigue. Plus, you can sleep with.....so PLAYERS....and SHAKERS!....let the royal RUMBLE begin!..
....winked...
The BISHOP.
