President Goodluck Jonathan, Wife Move Properties Out Of Aso Rock

It has been reported that following his loss at the just concluded Presidential elections that held last saturday, President Goodluck Jonathan, wife and family members have started moving their personal belongings out of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Punch reported that some buses were sighted loaded with travel bags moving out of the President’s official residence at about midday on Friday.

It was gathered that while the destination of the buses were unknown, one of the buses, a white 18-seater Hiace bus marked PF 6244 AL, was loaded with bags of different shades and sizes.
The early removal of the personal belongings of the first family might have been necessitated by the need for the renovation of "Aso rock" ahead of the May 29 handover date.

Meanwhile, the President may have to be operating from outside the residence, till the end of his tenure

"Sometimes, people expect you to be superhuman. There are times when you just do not want all the attention because you want to live a normal life like every other person. People fail to understand that celebrities also have problems.
They said my dad got me the Pepsi endorsement. How could that have been possible? My dad did not know I was into music at the time the offer came. I laughed it off and moved on. I also read somewhere that I have children. I get to read and hear so many stories but it’s part of being in the entertainment industry. You can’t run away from it," he said.
Interestingly, the tall, bearded artiste didn't dash the hope of single ladies who are drooling over him.
He gave hints about his expectations for his ideal lady, hitting neatness as one of his points.
"I like a free-spirited lady with morals, one who I can learn from. She must be able to cook and look good. On the other hand, I am turned off by bad breath and a smelly weave. I am not attracted to women who talk too much," he added.

The Resident Electoral Commissioner of Kano State, Alhaji Abdullahi Mukaila, his wife and two daughters who died in a fire earlier today have been buried.
The burial ceremony took place in the late hours of Friday, April 3, 2015 in Dutse central Mosque, Jigawa State.
Prominent among the attendees at the burial was the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Attahiru Jega, Governor Sule Lamido of Jigawa State and Emir of Dutse, Alhaji Nuhu Muhammadu Sanusi.
